I opened a credit card with Tdbank and when waiting for the card to arrive it never did. I contacted Tdbank and they reissued a card. In XXXX of XXXX while at the hospital in New York I received a fruad alert transaction in Florida. I immediately checked my credit card to find that there was a few transactions in Florida that were not made by me. I contacted td to let them know that fraud had occurred. Went through all the prompts with their customer service rep. Who advised me that someone from the fraud department will get in contact with me to ask me for proof or anything I can provide to state my case. No one contacted me and right away they said the transactions were not fraudulent due to it being made with my card even though td had sent out 2 cards that were exactly the same and I only received one. I filed a second complaint notifying them that they had sent out 2 cards, they also put in charges that I did do this time around and I told them that the card numbers never changed on the account as I checked the account to asked if it was changed after I notified them that I had never received the card. I went down to the bank to send them copies of the hospital information since no one contacted me for more info and the fact that I had used the card that same weekend at the hospital in New York while its being used in Florida at the same weekend. I have not received anything since. I have called back their hotline saying I need it escalated with no more updates or mail or anything sent back. When asked to send me info on the second no fraud only received 4 copies of the first fraud case I put in not the second or the escalation
