I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning situation I have encountered with Dell and Comenity bank regarding a recent purchase and subsequent return of a laptop. On XX/XX/2024, I purchased a laptop directly from Dell. However, upon its arrival, I discovered that my employer had already arranged to provide me with a laptop. Consequently, on XX/XX/2024, I promptly requested a return of the unopened laptop to Dell. Dell provided me with a shipping label on XX/XX/2024, and I immediately shipped the laptop back to them. On XX/XX/2024, I received confirmation from Dell that they had received the returned item. However, despite following the established return procedure diligently, I was dismayed to find that as of XX/XX/2024, no credit had been issued to my account for the returned computer. Subsequently, on XX/XX/2024, I reached out to Dell 's customer service/ Comenity XXXX XXXX XXXX which is noted on the statement inquire about the delay in processing the refund. Furthermore, I have noticed inaccuracies in my account, including late payment marks and erroneous interest charges, which I believe stem from Dell 's mishandling of the return process and billing errors. I have phoned them XXXX more times including today for a XXXX time with no action. I have emailed them, which I have copies and their reply is to contact Dell, yet the statement it say contact comenity bank. So they give me a run around and I to blame when I call. I respectfully request the prompt correction of these issues. Specifically, I seek the issuance of the appropriate credit for the returned laptop and the removal of any adverse marks on my credit report resulting from Dell 's errors. Furthermore, I request a review of any interest charges applied to my account and their subsequent removal if found to be unjustified. Thank you for your assistance.
