XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion have reported these late payments without verification and without my consent. In addition, I, the consumer, never gave XXXX, XXXX or Transunion written permission or consent to furnish my information or obtain my information. I also sent a remittance coupon for payment on my account. XXXX XXXX has not presented this coupon for payment on my account and has not returned it to me.
