I try to apply for a loan with XXXX Bank last month, XXXX XXXX advised me Experian the credit bureau placed a freeze on my credit report which i never gave Experian any authorization to put any type of freeze on my credit report. this has caused me problems of trying to get a loan. I contacted Experian several times regarding the freeze they just keep giving me a confirmation numbers which dont help me at all i ask them to transfer me to their freeze department no one ever picks up the phone. This is causing me alot of headaches and problems regarding this matter please help me Consumer financial Protection Bureau to resolved this matter its very urgent i would highly appreciated.
