Hyundai Motor Finance XXXX # XXXX. My XXXX XXXX XXXX car loan was paid off on XX/XX/XXXX. They were supposed to release the lien and the title within XXXX business days. Then they told me XXXX days. I contacted Hyundai Motor Finance ( XXXX ) on numerous dates, and no one has been able to release the lien and the title. I contacted them by phone on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX to validate the payoff, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and Supervisor XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and Supervisor XXXX and then XXXX and Supervisor XXXX in Escalation Services ( who promised they will be released on XXXX ), XX/XX/XXXX XXXX and XXXX in Escalation Services who provided Case Mgt # XXXX, XXXX/XXXX XXXX. I tried to contact the XXXX and XXXX of XXXX in XXXX, XXXX through their web site. No response there. Then I found all the other complaints exactly like mine on https : XXXX. This is a nightmare and no one has been able to bring this to conclusion. I tried working with XXXX XXXX, the Finance Manager at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dealer where I got the car loan. So far, XXXX has not budged in releasing the lien and title for my car.
