I DID NOT OPEN OR AUTHORIZE DISCOVER BANK TO OPEN A CREDIT CARD ON XX/XX/XXXX AS OF THIS LETTER I HAVE FILED MY XXXX FTC AND POLICE REPORT OF XXXX. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF THIS IS NOT MY ACCOUNT- DISCOVER IGNORES THE EVIDENCE. THE POLICE HAVE AN ALLEGED SUSPECT ALSO. PLEASE REMOVE FROM MY CREDIT BUREAUS IMMEDIATELY.
