Payment was not credited, bank statements sent to lender showing payment but lender is stating the funds was reversed for XXXX, after talking with the bank they sent me a letter stating the payment was issued to the mortgage company. This was back in XX/XX/2022 and still going on today about a miss payment in XX/XX/2022. I asked the mortgage lender to tell me which bank the payment was reversed to but they said they cant tell me that so I think something is wrong with that.
