This is NOT a fraud complaint. Do not place a fraud alert in my credit file. I have challenged the reporting of a bankruptcy on my credit report XXXX separate times on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I demanded each and every document that they have in their physical possession on each of those dates. This demand was made pursuant to the FCRA 15 UCS Section 1681g. They were specifically asked not to merely state that is has been verified as this is not in compliance with the law. This must be done in Metro 2 Format reporting. In the event they did not have any documentation in their physical possession as of the date of these demands, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681 ( i ), ALL unveried accounts must be promptly deleted. Moreover, I disputed the validity of each of the bankruptcy, under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If they do not have any documentation in their les to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts, they are required to delete them immediately. Failing to do so is damaging my creditworthiness and reputation. I demand the bankruptcy be properly verified with physical documentation and in Metro 2 Format reporting ( and not just verified through a XXXX party ) or it MUST be removed immediately.
