In XX/XX/XXXX, I printed a copy of XXXX credit report and noticed a collection from Professional Credit Service, In XXXX I called them to further inquire of this alleged debt, I was met with a rude and aggressive manner. I mentioned to the person, that I have not received proper notice and this collection needed to be removed from credit reporting agencies until I can properly dispute this item. The person became enraged and aggressive stating that " You have to pay, and you owe this debt, and we will not delete this item from your report ''. I asked him why I never received a proper notice by mail, he mentioned that many notices were sent, and they were send to the address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, ca, which I no longer resided at this address since XXXX. I again notified him over phone that I have not lived as this address for almost XXXX years. I move to an apartment for a short period of time and I did not receive forward notices to this address either. I have not been properly given an opportunity to dispute this alleged debt, and the Person again became aggressive and demeaning, and told me I have to pay and I owe this debt and they already notified me, although I did not receive any notice to an actual deliverable address. I then proceeded to give my current address and it has been over 60 days and I have not received any notice of Debt Validation and this item is till reporting on my credit report since XX/XX/XXXX.
