I made a criminal complaint about fraud and a cover up happening at the fed and many banks and credit agencies and some other government entities. I received a notification from the cfpb saying transunion can not respond to my complaint because I named judge XXXX as corrupt, and so because they can't share my credit information with him they can't respond. Clearly this is idiotic, as why would you need to share my credit information with a judge to investigate corruption, but whatever. " We reviewed your complaint and sent it to the company for a response. The company let us know that it cant respond because this complaint lists someone who is not listed on the account or loan or authorized to receive the consumers financial information. Companies are required to protect their customers privacy. Companies can not share consumers financial informationincluding as part of the complaint processunless everyone listed in the complaint is also listed on the account or loan or authorized by the customer to receive financial information. Companies can require that their customers provide signed, written permission directly to the company before sharing financial information with a third party, such as a lawyer, guardian, or power of attorney. '' Anyway, I then received an unsolicited email from transunion. " Dear XXXX, We have received your password reset request, and your temporary password is : '' I did not request a password reset. Then I received another email from Transunion with a link to a " secure '' portal on the transunion website where they presumably have some sort of response. " This is a secure message. Click here by XXXX XXXX XXXX to read your message. After that, open the attachment. If you have any questions about this email, XXXX XXXX please call XXXX and outside recipients please call XXXX.
