XXXX has reported on my credit report an old account that keeps showing up on my credit report, I've attempted numerous time to explain and dispute with Equifax that the account XXXX XXXX account ending in XXXX for the amount of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Is an Old Account and to please take off my credit report. XXXX fails to do a proper investigation with no reason on why this old account is still on my credit report. One year the account XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX in the amount of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, will disappear and next it will show back up. Please Note : that XXXX, and Equifax both have different balance of this same account proof of that is is in the CFPB portal Having two different balance on the same account between Equifax and XXXX is a violation through the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
