I was contacted by XXXX XXXX They told me that they purchased the account from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I was instructed to pay the amount due within 30 days or they would report it to the credit bureau. I paid the amount due and received a letter of satisfaction. The status is being reported as unknown in place of paid in full. XXXX credit stated that they did not report to the credit bureaus so I needed to contact XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX who last reported to make the changes. I attached letter of satisfaction.
