I'm frustrated and I'm upset. I have been charged excessive and predatory fees. Iv canceled my accounts and ordered new cards and been assured that no company can charge my new card. Infant I haven't even activated my new card. How would it be possible to charge an unactivated card? I was just recently charged for an insurance claim I canceled months ago. Iv tried three times this morning to contact customer service. They berated me and belittled. Talked to me like I was XXXX and when I get frustrated they immediately hang up on me. This is getting oit of hand. How am I supposed to handle this if the bank refuses to provide customer sevice?
