This company omega OMEGA RMS keeps supplying me with what ever information that they would like regarding my dispute and not what I ask for in my dispute. My dispute submitted via certified mail requested. Original contract with my wet ink signature what you supplied me with was something with a typed name and not even a date or a water mark to support it as a signature. I also asked for Proof that you are licensed to collect in my state ; and Your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service. I see that no where submitted to me. The info submitted through cfpb was dated on XX/XX/year> I submitted request in as of XX/XX/XXXX certified mail this is a violation of my rights as it has not be properly re investigated. My numerous calls and letters to this office does nothing the continue to violate my rights. They openly admitted that I did not receive correspondence from them within 30 days because they mad a mistake yet this account is still on my credit that is a violation. The company keeps telling me submit another dispute but they are sending the wrong info I have attached what I asked for and what they submitted they company told me that they are not required to prove they are licensed to collect a debt in my state Look at the addresss of my dispute submitted and there date verified and the addresss of communication The ftc has stated that a detailed print out of charges is not sufficient as verification yet this is what they send. And it does not contain my signature or a watermark to prove it is an electronic signature. Just typed anyone could have placed that. They have not gave me any information other about means of verification other than the company said it was verified
