About a year ago I discovered I had been a victim of identity theft again when I found an auto loan showing up on my credit report with XXXX XXXX XXXX that does not belong to me. My personal information had been used to obtain credit cards and loans without my knowledge. I immediately filed a report on XXXX and sent a copy to all the major credit reporting agencies and the original creditor. They took the item off my credit report but found it to be placed back on recently. I once again contacted the credit reporting agencies and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX directly but they have not responded to my request to remove the item.
