Ive been disputing this account since XX/XX/XXXX and seem to not get the removal and deletion of this account due to it reporting erroneous and inaccurate information. The company has violated several FCRA and consumer laws on the credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, experian and XXXX ). I sent a letter to Furnisher XXXX XXXX and received a letter XX/XX/XXXX for the removal of all reporting information removed and deleted from this account. Experian received this letter via uploaded through the dispute center on XX/XX/XXXX. I also sent this letter from the furnisher and other documents via certified mail to support my case. Experian only updated the information instead of deleting while XXXX and XXXX deleted the account. I asked to speak to special handling and supervisors and no avail to get a response to why the account was not removed. Once I spoke to an agent they stated that the account should have been removed due to my supporting information. But as of XX/XX/XXXX the account is still reporting and has not been removed from Experian. Please see the following attached documents supporting my claim.
