I opened a dispute for several debit card transactions with Wells Fargo from the same merchant under : Claim XXXX Reference # XXXX The reason for the dispute was paid by other means, as the merchant also charged my Wells Fargo card even though I successfully paid with a debit card from another bank. I was informed by the representative on the phone that my account would be credited within 2-10 business days by the investigations team. Im putting in this report to document that I have sent all correspondence between myself and the merchant regarding this issue, along with screenshots of the matching transaction amounts/dates from my other bank account, to the claims department via email, and to ensure these amounts are adjusted in the form of a credit to my account within the required time frame of 10 business days.
