I worked hard to get my score up to XXXX and in one week Experian drops me XXXX points in one week totally illegal and against federal regulations my credit account has few cars and a few I paying on time as well as a long standing loan through my credit union as well on time. It's alarming to have your score dropped XXXX points with no explanation the same scripted response of algorithms and they dont was to speak to you or listen still fighting for over a week to get them to remove a negative reporting that has nothing to do with me at all and I called this XXXX XXXX who could not provide a signed contract or credit application from me to produce proof. Experian holds folks hostage as the nationwide reporting and always making mistakes and public information errors. They want to force folks to pay for this ridiculous service twice charging me and having to spend hours on hold to refund me. All my scores were good across the board, payments on time, now they want to XXXX me with you have too little credit or too many inquires as they constantly send me promotions practically everyday for a new card or loan to consolidate. It's a bombardment in my email.
