am writing to follow up on my previous communication regarding discrepancies in my credit report. This is my second written request regarding the matter. Despite my previous inquiries, the unverified items on my credit report have not been rectified, which is in direct violation of Federal Law, specifically the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Who exactly verified these accounts? And based on what evidence? Under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA, you are mandated to promptly delete any information that can not be verified. Since you have failed to provide me with the necessary documentation to verify these items, it is imperative that they are removed from my credit report immediately. I expect a prompt and thorough resolution to this matter. Failure to comply with the FCRA regulations will result in further action being taken.
