So I read that you're not allowed to report a non conviction coast XXXX years, mind you XXXX, as well as the company I worked for for XXXX years never dug this up. XXXX has done multiple background checks on me and never ever dug this up. So now in guess they may have used a different company called hireright, and they did check and reported a non conviction from well over XXXX years ago. I don't understand what I did wrong? I'm a XXXX XXXX XXXX only XXXX bad comment EVER and over a XXXX XXXX I was a XXXX XXXX at a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This has to be unlawful, they are now denying me employment even tho I've XXXX for them for several years and had several background checks done and passed.
