I spoke with XXXX XXXX of Mr. Cooper, who currently services a mortgage on my primary dwelling, and inquired about refinancing a rental property from another mortgage company since they no longer did mortgage financing. We talked at length regarding my needs, he verbally inquired about the property in question, and gave me ballpark numbers regarding interest rates as well as equity available for a cash out. I told him specifically, on the recorded conversation of Mr. Cooper 's requirement, that I wanted a written explanation of everything that we talked about before I make any decisions regarding any type of application nor commitment. To date, nothing has ever been received. To date, however, on the XXXX he has sent me 4 emails regarding applications and made phone calls to follow up, but I have not responded. I also received a notice about my credit report being pulled without my verbal or written authorization, dated XX/XX/24. I should have known better than to trust a business with a XXXX score of XXXX.
