I have been a XXXX XXXX XXXX customer since XXXX and loan customer since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is a first company that extended a loan to me and I have enjoyed my experience and learning process of managing a loan responsibly. I have written a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX to humbly request that they are willing to make a goodwill adjustment to my reporting to the XXXX credit agencies. I have XXXX late payments on my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX as well as XX/XX/XXXX those times I was going through a hardship with my job. I also I was impacted by bounce check from a previous employer, which caused my municipal credit to be flagged for fraud and left me with an even bigger balance to pay. It was hard to make these payments on time since XXXX XXXX XXXX made it aware to my attention that I can only come into a branch to make payments. Present day XXXX XXXX XXXX has work with me to have my payments taken out of my XXXXXXXX XXXX account monthly. Due to my work my time does not work around the branches time. As for community bank, I have XXXX missed payments spanning from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. As well as XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. The dates from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX follow the lines as the same incident my XXXX XXXX XXXX dispute. I was going through a hardship with my job. For XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, through another hardship with my job and now being a fXXXX XXXX my hours reduced tremendously. I did contact Comenity capital bank and then my best to communicate with them through each hardship. Just as I did with XXXX XXXX XXXX
