every month on my XXXX XXXX credit score and info, i get reports, 33 reports now and every month i get this report : XX/XX/2024 An account has been identified as Closed by the creditor or consumer. NSTAR/COOPER XX/XX/2024 An account has been identified as Closed by the creditor or consumer. NSTAR/COOPER and so and so on every month! My credit score has dropped XXXX point! I am at XXXX so not bad, BUT! I can not get an answer as to why every month another notice for same thing, which there was never ANY account closed! This is a company that took over the handling of my VA loan from XXXX! I have had nothing but problems and there are LAW SUITS ongoing now with Mr Cooper! I closed my accounts with XXXX to go to XXXX XXXX XXXX! XXXX went from Hero to Zero!
