I only had a lease with this company thru XX/XX/XXXX and my rent was paid in full thru XX/XX/XXXX. I then moved and signed a lease with a different apartment complex from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. I have not lived in any properties owned by this creditor nor do I have contract with creditor past XX/XX/XXXX. And I have the proof of rent payments paid in full thru XX/XX/XXXX, a copy of that lease, and a copy of the new lease with current apartment. So how is it that this creditor is trying to charge me for rent for XXXX, including late fees when I was not even a resident, nor was I supposed to be a resident of any of this creditors properties??
