I have received many Vanilla Visa gift cards worth {$620.00}. I have tried to use them at many physical stores such as XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXXXXXX XXXX. I have also tried using them on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and various others. The cards state they can be used anywhere XXXX is accepted, but that is simply not true. They also state on their website that they gift cards can be added to my XXXX XXXX, which is also untrue. I have contacted Vanilla Gift cards twice ( XX/XX/24 and XX/XX/24 ) and was told both times all they could do was reissue the cards and that maybe I was not using them correctly and to try a different retailer. Each time they have been used at a retailer, they have been keyed as credit/debit cards just as Vanillas customer service has stated. I have confirmed that all of my cards are active and do have funds on them. If XXXX of their XXXX cards do not work, reissuing more cards will not help.
