My escrow account went up significantly by over XXXX per month beginning XX/XX/year>. It is mainly due to an increase in taxes so I attempted to call Mr. cooper daily since XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried live chat but it states no one is available. I have called their customer service and it is impossible to reach anyone. I would like to pay my own taxes so that I can be more involved to reduce this tax burden. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX in Georgia therefore I should be able to argue this burden. I do not know if I have the right to remove my mortgage from escrow and I cant reach me cooper. I have had to put my home for sale because I can not afford the increase. I am not happy with mr cooper and feel I have no recourse. Please help us.
