I have submitted a complaint addressing multiple inaccuracies on my credit file see previous complaint # XXXX. TransUnion responded that the information was reported as verified and accurate. Upon pulling a new credit report to check to make sure TransUnion has provided me with a througough investigation I still found multiple inaccuracies reporting to my credit file. please see attachments. TransUnion also did not have under the account that the account was previously disputed which is another violation. In accordance with the FCRA everything must be 100 % accurate on my credit report and under 15. U.S code 168e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate & also in violation of ensuring maximum possible accuracy. If TransUnion investigated the account there is no reason why there should be any inaccurate information reporting this is considered false reporting.
