On XXXX XXXX XXXXsomeone stole two amounts from my account. XXXX and XXXX which was taken from my account by transfer to pay anyone name was XXXX XXXX. I do not know this person. I filed a police report and sent them a copy. On XX/XX/2024 at XXXX they adjusted XXXX and again at XXXX XXXX. So at this point my account is XXXX then at XXXX the deposited XXXX then XXXX. So basically I was back to the XXXX. Then I call them and explain their mistake. They say they can see the problem and have been giving me the run around ever since after 10 hours on the phone and me being placed on hold and the call drops like over twenty times I have reached out to you. Just called today and they say wait three more business day yet again. Today is XXXX XXXX.
