Bridgecrest employed XXXX XXXX XXXX to illegally and unlawfully XXXX Trust property right out of their garage. When we attempted to resolve dispute with Bridgecrest, we were told to contact repo company. When we contacted repo company, we were told to contact Bridgecrest. We tried to remedy the situation, and the company refused to act and has caused adverse harm to the beneficiaries by seizing their essential consumer goods personal private automobile. The Trust has equitable ownership by nature and Bridgecrest has no evidence of contract with any party. They are complicit in trespass, harm and stolen property.
