Late payments were due to other causes beyond my control. I opened a new credit card account XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. They forced me to merge this account with my existing XXXX credit card account in XX/XX/XXXX and they deleted my autopay. I added bank account again on XX/XX/XXXX after the account merger was complete for setting up autopay. However, I was unable to set up autopay because of issues with XXXX online payment system. On XX/XX/XXXX, I realized that XXXX had reported my account to Credit Bureaus for missed payment, when the mistake was solely of XXXX. During the last three months, they have failed to communicate with me via email or text or phone about setting up payment on their faulty system, because of which I can not set up autopay. During the conversation on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX financial customer service helped me set up the autopay, which I was unable to do so before. The payment was processed on XX/XX/XXXX and the account is current now. Required Resolution : remove late payment from my credit history as it was due to mistake from XXXX XXXX. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX.
