In the beginning me and my wife agreed to certain things that was in this refinance application with American financing but near the end of the loan application they changed things without us even knowing that they did it and I asked American finance why did you change the figures without me knowing it and they said we guess it was just a error on our part this is XXXX of the reasons I canceled this contract but for some reason they sent me and my wife a a envelope todays date XX/XX/year> stating that it will be disbursement of all funds on XX/XX/year> I never signed new electronic signatures for this. Me and my wife 's also never signed documents for the notary that they sent to our house.documents with a notary that they sent to my house. But for some reason they are still trying to put this financing through without our approval up-to-date signatures and I spoke to the president of the company and I told him that I wanted to cancel and he said I will do it then the next day he went ahead and sent this paperwork contract to me and my wife the next day so American financing holding up to the end of the contractis they asked who referred them to me and I told them XXXX XXXX she mentioned they name but I'm going to contact XXXX XXXX and let her know that maybe she should think twice about referring people to this company the name of the presidents of the company is XXXX XXXX XXXX
