XXXX told me that court issued a moratorium order that restricts the processing of request for policy surrenders, transfers, loans, and withdrawals because XXXX XXXX entered into a Court-ordered rehabilitation process. .I trusted Citizens bank that was why I invested with them. I did not know about XXXX XXXX. All I knew was that I invested with Citizens bank until the maturity time everything changed. Your help will be highly appreciated.
