XXXX XXXX sent a ~ {$300.00} debt to FAMS. The debt was due to an error on XXXX part in billing my insurance. This is the third similar experience weve had since XXXX switched from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. In this case I just decided to pay it to avoid the hassle of engaging my insurance company ( who I no longer have ). So the debt is paid to XXXX and no longer a valid debt. FAMS calls my phone XXXX times a day. When I answer, they hang up. I suspect its a robo-dial system and if no operator is available they disconnect. I am unable to stop FAMS from calling. Im unable to dispute the debt. I cant get them to answer the phone. Im beyond frustrated and really dont know what to do to make it stop. Im attaching a call log. All of the calls from Georgia numbers are from FAMS auto dialer.
