The third time is the charm as everything comes in XXXX XXXX I have tried to rectify this matter. There are still charge offs, student loans and inaccurate reporting of balance and transaction history reporting. First, According to Family Educational of Privacy Act 1974 STUDENT LOANS should not be reported it goes against privacy act as stated here -https : //nces.ed.gov/forum/dataethicscourse/additional-materials/family-educational-rights.pdf https : //studentprivacy.ed.gov/sites/default/files/resource_document/file/2012-final-regs.pdf Second, charge offs are certificates of indebtedness and should not be reported, so please remove ASAP. Third, its illegal to report transaction history. Remove all " soft and hard '' inquires Fourth, for permissible purposes remove all collections, student loans, charges offs and update transaction history as current/updated.
