This has been an issue accessing online portal since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX As of my conversation XX/XX/XXXX, I was told to upload my social and drivers license to the portal in order for the IT department to fix the blocked access. The backend has incorrect information. The results said my ID matched. My access was not restored. On XX/XX/XXXX -XXXX in customer service hung up.
