A purchase was attempted using ALLY Credit card. The transaction was shown as " Error '' on the vendor 's end on XX/XX/24 and was cancelled. Subsequent calls made to ALLY Bank ( 11 ) in total to get the charges dropped and taken off " Hold '' from my account were unsuccessful. I was given multiple misinformation such as the charges would be removed off my name in 3-5 business days, another customer service told me on XX/XX/24 that the charges were off and today looking at my account the {$5100.00} was still there. When called the ALLY representative who identified herself as a " Supervisor '' claimed that now it would take up to 112 business days for a non existent charge to be dropped off my account. When I explained to her that it was fraudulent practices she dismissed me and took no notice that I had made 11 calls in total to resolve the matter.
