XXXX XXXX I was in the process of searching for a vehicle and came across XXXX in XXXX, NC ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). During the process I emailed their team specifically requesting to ONLY have the pre-qualification and loan process be pulled for XXXX financing prior to applying for a loan. Their representatives responded confirming that this was possible and that my loan would ONLY be pulled for XXXX financing. I look at my report and they alternatively submitted my information to multiple companies resulting in multiple inquires on my report and negatively impacting my credit score. They proceeded to be extremely unprofessional and unapologetic about their unethical practices and I received several junk letters from various institutions that I never applied to. They also consistently gave me incorrect pricing information from their advertisements, tried to hide and manipulate the sales and incentives and would refuse to apply certain incentives that I qualified for. Their team was psychologically and emotionally abusive. See attached screenshots. I demand that they remove all XXXX and XXXX partner inquires from all 3 credit reports and any subsidiaries and that they delete my name and contact information from their systems immediately.
