I opened a self visa for utilization purposes while we were preparing to purchase a home. I never used the card, it was strictly to help balance utilization for student loans. I recieved a notification my credit card was over the limit, so i quickly checked and saw numerous charges on the account that i did not make. The card had been lost, and i reported it to XXXX who gave me a dispute number to call. I caled the dispute number and told them my card had been lost and there were multiple unauthorized transactions amounting to {$700.00} I was notified that the charges would be credited and I would hear back in a few weeks. A few days later I noticed all the charges were reversed once again and when I called self I was told that there was no error. How is there no error when the card was never used and lost in a move? The charges occured XXXX miles away from my home! Self needs to reverse the charges, correct the credit reporting, and make me whole. The customer service was self was also a nightmare. This has caused my mortgage lender to cease our lending process! Case # XXXX
