I received a promotional offer in the mail from capital one for a capital one XXXX card. the offer stated that new card holders would receive a XXXX $ bonus after spending XXXX $ within the first 3 months. There was a scannable QR code to see if you are approved. after getting approved I was able to meet the requirements within a month and have been waiting for the money to be credited to my account. After calling today and speaking with a representative I am then told that there are multiple XXXX cards with different rewards and the XXXX card that i was accepted for does not offer the XXXX $ reward.
