I was a victim of identity theft and someone gained access to my old capital one 360 online account ( XXXX ). Along with that, another bank I had was compromised as well which was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which is now renamed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I need to know all remote check deposits between capital one 360 ( account : XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which is now renamed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from starting date XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX due to identity theft/fraud. These checked couldve been capital one checks from account XXXX being deposited through remote check deposit into the credit union or it couldve been a check from the credit union being deposited into my closed account XXXX from the credit union. This is an urgent matter and this is a new request/problem that was not addressed by capital one. Please do not closed this out.
