Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau This is a complaint for Quality of Goods or Services against a company called Web Success Portal formerly Success Study formerly called Quick Clone Cash, which is allowed to do business with Sony XXXX credit card, and allowed to scam credit card holders of the Sony XXXX card. This is clearly a violation of the Quality of Goods and Services protocol of credit card companies. Sony XXXX is derelict in its duty to help its cardholders against unscrupulous companies cheating their customers. Why did Sony XXXX decide in my favor and issue a refund, and then immediately re-charge my card? I agreed to a charge of {$3600.00} for participation in a program to allow me to sell XXXX XXXX, and Web Success Portal would provide a product store and a custom website. Web Success promised in the contract to create original content, website domain registration, search engine registration, XXXX training session over XXXX weeks, 12 months of free website hosting and free website uptime monitoring. They did NONE of these things. What they did do was have a sales person call me frequently to sell me additional marketing ( additional cost {$20000.00} ), Legal and accounting services ( additional {$20000.00} ). Marketing was included in the original purchase. All they did was call me weekly and log in to my XXXX duplicate website, that I could not access as I did not have access codes. Once XXXX approved my website, they immediately stopped calling me and told me I was on my own and needed to BLOG in order to generate business, which was never discussed with me. I would never have signed up if I had known Blogging was involved, as I have no experience Blogging. I have provided several complaints filed by other customers of Web XXXX Portal, or one of their other fraudulent companiesXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The owners, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX are known all over the internet as frauds and scam artists, which I discovered after the cancelled me and I started investigating. I filed a dispute with Sony XXXX ( part od Bread Financial and XXXX Bank ) on XX/XX/XXXX. The dispute was approved in my favor on XX/XX/XXXX and I was refunded {$3500.00} ( {$3600.00} less {$45.00} in balance due on my account ). Then on XX/XX/XXXX the balance on my Sony XXXX was increased to {$3600.00}. I re-filed a XXXX dispute with responses to Web Success Portal 's documents, and to this day when I call Sony Card some operators tell me that Web Success Portal re-charged the account, which would be FRAUD, as I did not authorize a new charge. Other operators tell me that Sony XXXX reapplied the {$3600.00} to my account but won't admit why they did it. I have refiled my dispute since XX/XX/XXXX twice, and currently no one will transfer me to a supervisor or management. My calls do not get past customer care agents. I have proven that Web Success Portal, Success Study and Quick Clone Cash operate a scam with BBB. complaints and other complaints. I fail to understand why Sony XXXX would side with the criminal operation of Web Success Portal and the others against it credit card holder. Sony called Web Success Portal and they asked if the charge was valid and they said yes. That is all that Sony needed to hear and they refuse to read my documentation and believe my claim. I have NOTHING from the contract I agreed to, This is a clear example of a Quality of Goods and Services Dispute ( industry terminology ) which Web Success Portal has violated in many ways and there is no reason Sony XXXX should have re-instated the charge, after clearly ruling in my favor, Sony XXXX should take back the {$3600.00} from Web Success 's account and credit my account with {$3600.00} again along with payments and interest charges made by myself due to the fact that Sony XXXX has refused to issue me a credit while an account is in dispute.
