I sent comenity bank a letter stating that they are reporting 2 late payments onto my report which are incorrect and i even tried to send them a goodwill letter.. They sent me a stall letter and i don't appreciate that because i been a member for 2 plus years and i thought they would treat there customers a little bit better than what they do but i get NOT!!!!!!! I'm very upset.
