contract violation! is the first of many issues. Stated in our contract. late payment date is on the XXXX of the month, not the 1. like most. over and over again they continue to bill us. knowing this was the deal we had. they knew because when we found out they charged us we call and they PennyMac would fix or credit our account. but to find out they didn't always put the information on our bill coupons. so knowing this they continued to steal from us. also charging what ever they wanted too late fees have went up and down and up and downXXXX until now. also around the pandemic. pennymac gets ahold of us too help us out they said. but lied and took advantage of us, nothing we agreed about happened. XXXX we had taking us to XXXX.for us to pay over XXXX dollars never told us would be happening and we stay at years we had didn't want to add XXXX more years but to find out later they did. such a XXXX XXXX. this app is saying im taking too much. running funny. so stopping now. probably wasting my time anyways.
