See attached reply that never resulted in obligated error corrections to inaccurate highly damaging false claims of late payments and in damaging false claims of amounts received to pay for a false claim of XXXX late fee payments after the sale of my home. This complaint is not duplicative, and is causing me financial and legal damages currently and will result in punitive fee shifting fees on XX/XX/XXXX. Nationstar failed to address the inaccuracies stated in the attached complaint and response to Nationstar 's XX/XX/XXXX response that failed to address or explain why Nationstar believes it is not obligated to correct inherently inaccurate payment allocation because it was derived from a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX systemic error that internally reversed credit for a XX/XX/XXXX loan payment that cleared my bank and was never refunded to me by XXXX.
