I have pulled my consumer report and see that there's a collection account on my consumer report. I do not recognize this creditor. According the FCRA under 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports. Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. A creditor needs my written consent to add anything to my consumer report, if I did not give this authorization that is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act I have not given any verbal or written authorization for this reporting. The claimed original lender on the reporting says " XXXX XXXX ''. I do not owe XXXX XXXX as I have a official court ruling stating there's no balanced owed to this original creditor.
