XXXX XXXX has deliberately scammed money from me as well as other purchasers without any intention of fulfillment.XXXX XXXX fabricated plans that resulted in a total XXXX of $ XXXX through XXXX. Last communication on this project was dated XX/XX/XXXX ; no updates on the project have been provided since. I tried contacting my credit card company, Capital One, and they refuse to issue a chargeback on this merchant, stating that I waited too long -- however the scam did not come to light that we were all being bilked out of our money until over a year later.
