On XX/XX/year>, I received an email notification from XXXX XXXX that there were new credit inquiries and that my credit rating had severely dropped ( XXXX points ) due to multiple hard pulls on XXXX. Institutions included XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX for more information regarding the fraud, cancelled all accounts with XXXX, reported all as fraud, put a security freeze on my credit, and contacted each institution individually to cancel all accounts and prevent any credit cards from being issued. Following that, a Transunion freeze was placed, more credit inquiries were found, and then following that, an XXXX freeze was placed. The other inquiries found were a XXXX XXXX / TXXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX credit card as well as an XXXX XXXX. I have filed an identity theft.gov inquiry with the FTC and requested removal of the inquiries from the reporting agencies / credit report. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach XXXX buy and XXXX XXXX as their phone directory doesn't allow me to get through since I do not have an account number with them.
