I had received a notification on my credit report that Capital One had made a Balance Update on XX/XX/2024. This card has seldomly been used since it was opened back in XXXX then called Capital One to ask why the balance had been updated as it has not been used in years, and is actually in the " restricted '' status. The first representative could not find the information requested so i asked to speak with a supervisor to get more detailed information. After speaking with a supervisor for about XXXX minutes, they still were unable to tell me why there was a balance update. I am not sure where else to go to receive help with this request, as they are telling me nothing else can be done and they do not know what the update was/ or for.
