According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you are required by federal law to ensure that all details being reported on an account must be 100 % accurate and verifiable and have my full consent to report. Based 15 USC 6802 I was not given proper information on how to opt out per section 1 ( b ) and ( c ). Therefore, I have already contacted the companies to opt out of any current, prior or future reporting. I am now informing your Company that any unauthorized continued reporting will result in legal action. As the accounts which are listed in this letter are my personal information and you DO NOT HAVE MY PERMISSION to report any of it. Furthering reporting by your unaffiliated third party company will be a violation and cause a civil and criminal suit. Please remove the items listed in this letter effective immediately. The only verified proof that will be accepted in this process will be proof of the proper notifications through a verifiable source of my rights to opt-out of reporting and instructions on how to do so, with a record of receipt showing it was mailed, delivered and received. These are hereby my formal written instructions on what is acceptable as proof and actions to take. No other validation will be accepted. Since your company has taken upon itself to act as my entrusted fiduciary. I have provided you with the instructions to act on my behalf as to what serves my best interest. Failure to do so will result in a federal suit to the fullest extent including compensation based on the FRA section 29.
