I recently filed a complaint with Eqifax stating for them to update my personal information on my credit report due to them stating that it wasn't me who requested the change. This is not correct. I did request change. I sent my initial letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Since that date, Equifax then responded on XX/XX/XXXX stated that I didn't submit the correct information for the change. I sent the following documents : Drivers license, social security card, and a bill to verify my address. All of which they required to make any changes.
